NOW:Pensions Men’s Premier League Team of the Season: Forwards.
With a total of 511 goals scored this season in the NOW: Pensions Men’s Premier League the race for the top scorer award was hotly contested among the finest strikers the league has to offer. With that in mind, it has been very tough to narrow down the choices you can vote for in The Top of the D’s Team of the Season. However, that’s what I have done, so without further ado, here are the contenders.
NOW:Pensions Men’s Premier League Team of the Season: Midfielders.
Midfield is often the battlefield where top level hockey can be won and lost. With so many top class midfield performers in the NOW: Pensions Men’s Premier League this category was probably the hardest to narrow down to the main contenders. Before you look through the runners and riders for those three coveted midfield positions, why not go back and cast your vote for a goalkeeper and four defenders, if you haven’t already. If you have, read on and see who you can vote for to play in midfield for the team of the season.

Having looked already at the five players vying to be named as the first choice goalkeeper in The Top of the D’s Team of the Season, it is today the turn of the defenders to go under the microscope. NOW: Pensions Men’s Premier League Team of the Season: Goalkeepers.
With the championship playoffs just around the corner the teams competing in the final four will be busy preparing themselves for the biggest games of the season so far. As well as looking forward to the spectacle of the top players battling it out for the trophy I always enjoy finding out who will scoop the prestigious Player of the Year Awards and who will make it into the team of the season. I thought that this year, it might be fun to put together my own team of the season, voted for by the readers of The Top of the D.
