NOW: Pensions Men’s Premier League: East Grinstead 4-3 Reading.

East Grinstead maintained their place at the top of the table going into the last game of the season with a hard-fought 4-3 win over Reading at Saint Hill today. As they had in the first game between the two sides earlier on in the season, The Sussex side marched into a 3-0 lead only to be pegged back by a strong second half display from Reading. With the playoffs now looming large on the horizon both Canterbury and Reading have confirmed their places in April’s end of season showpiece but there is still the matter of the two other places as well as who will end up in the relegation playoffs. With the top four going up against each other, Saturday’s games could give us a clear indication of who will grab the automatic place in Europe and who will play who in the all-important championship play offs.
